2003 Antonio Raya Pardo
Antonio Raya Pardo was one of our favorite Granada builders, famed for his workmanship, beautiful aesthetic, and instruments of great tone and volume. He was trained by both the Marin and Bellido dynasties, and you can see and hear a little of both in his guitars, with his own signature direction and sound. This is a beautiful Brazilian rosewood negra from his best years, the early 2000s. It has been played a lot, as the good ones are, but respectfully with no cracks, dings or scratches. In very fine condition, and very capable for flamenco solo work or crossing over into Latin music.
